Cat having unexplained episodes of respiratory distress

hello! i would like to start by saying that for ~2 years, i have been seeking answers from many different vets, clinics, and specialists about this issue. it is truly genuinely, and honestly a mystery to everyone who has helped my boy. if you respond to this, please do view the attached google drive folder! everything i know is in there! 💗 and most of all, thank you for taking the time to read this!! now lets get into it!

about wally:

• 8 year old shorthair cat
• 12-14 lbs (fluctuates)
• neutered at 4 years old when he was surrendered by his original family
• i adopted him in texas, and moved to wisconsin with him. hes lived with dogs and cats before

brief symptom overview:

• open mouth panting, no coughing or wheezing

• drooling

• sometimes vomiting or loss of control of bowels

• first occurrence was in may of 2024.
