No show leads to double billing

Spoiler

3 months ago I pre-ordered an Uber for an AM airport trip, My driver, Ronald, was new and contacted me to let me know he wouldn't be able to pick me up within 30 minutes of his scheduled arrival, that he was sorry and admitted fault. So I immediately cancel and order driver #2. That fare was double the original, but I gladly paid and tipped. Uber still claims I have a pending/unpaid charge of more that $50 for no-show driver which now prevents me from tipping any other Uber drivers. WTF?
