Dp/Dr and existentialism

So I've dealt with depersonalization and derealization for a while now, each come in their own waves. And over the years I've thoroughly dissected my identity/ego, who I am and who I want to be, and what brings me fulfillment and a sense of purpose.

At this point I've got a pretty good grip on my identity, but the journey has sent me spiraling through countless crisis from a lack of connection with myself. Was curious if anyone else here dealt with dp/dr and what their story has been so far.
