Starlord team up stuns which abilities exactly

Anyone know where I can find information on what abilities gets locked out for each character when I use the starlord team up.

When a CND ults, I've been able to pin them out of their ult but they always cloak away immediately before I can finish them off. I even tried ulting them so they can't cloak away but it's too slow to get it off. Just wanted to see if I could maybe starlord combo them in time before they can cloak away.
