How to get out of 5k?

Every loss I've had I top or 2nd frag but there's always one of four things.

1. A Smurf on their team

2. A cheater on their team

3. A teammate who's throws

4. Two teammates who start to argue until they team kill/grief each other

Before this I hovered around 7k but had a streak of unlucky/drunken games. Now I'm hard stuck under 5k. I'm this close to looking for cheats but don't want to lose my inventory
