Vendor Issue - No Product

So I've purchased from the same vendor from GenCon for like four years. Each time dropping at least a $100 each time. Last year they sent me an email after asking if I got my product, I responded back pretty quickly I'm good. This year though they were out of my size and said they would mail it in 7 business days.

Dead silence even after multiple attempts at contact. Anyone else have an experience like that?

I'm avoiding a public call out at the moment, still hoping for the best.
