Immersion schools in Latin America

I am looking to enroll in a Spanish Immersion school . Currently, I am looking at Guatemala or Colombia, however I am open to other options . Safety is also a big thing for me . I am a black woman from Canada in her 30’s as well. My budget is around $1000 to 2000 CAD per month . Somewhere with beautiful scenery and lots of activities is also great as well . Let me know your experience 🙂
