Im done being a CNA

I have been a cna for almost 10 years. I have such a strong passion for caring for others, i used to love working in the hospital, and used to enjoy healthcare alot.
I am SO sick of being the only CNA on a 30 bed medsurg unit, where every patient is fully dependent, some are psych and we have to restrain them, or someone is attacking me. It is incredibly rare for a nurse to help with any patient care what so ever. They play on their phone and ignore all call lights, but get mad when i sit down once with hours of non stop moving.
Ive switched between hospitals and nursing homes and theyre all the same. I think im officially done and moving on… but its so sad to see my passion ripped out of me.
