Guy sitting in chair while smoking a cigar

I recently came across this small island which had this guy aura farming - just sitting on a chair in the middle of nowhere, smoking a cigar.

I wanted to take a picture with that NPC but in Havana. So I was wondering if anybody knows a place in Havana where I can find that type of NPC. I've found a few guys smoking cigars already, but they were standing, not sitting.
