Visiting tunisia this september, any heads up ?

Hello all, 24M from morocco, planing to visit tunisia this september for a week, i don't have any trip plan, im thinking to freestyle my stay and just see what's there to find out without much stressing about organizing everthing, but still i feel like i may need some heads up that may make my stay better and more enjoyable,

im intersted in Museums, discovering some historical sites, local Music events or parties, food, chatting with locals, basically experiencing tunisia as it is, also i can't afford any heavy expensive plans,

What do you suggest ? and what are the big (Do - Don't s) in your opinion ?
