Should I get this game

I’ve noticed that this game is on psplus. Then i saw the map had a bunch of area with dlc labled over it like a big city in the middle, so I checked to see how many dlcs where on the PlayStation shot but I could only see the coins and the membership? I’m confused. Are the dlcs included. or are that only accessible with the membership?. And also is this game worth playing even if the dlcs aren’t in it
