HD homerun on Plex - live tv recording issue

Before the update, I use to be able to watch a live recording from the beginning while it was being recorded. Since the update, the option to start the show from the beginning while it currently is recording is no longer available and I can only watch where the broadcast is currently.

Is there a setting I'm missing to allow it to start a show from the beginning while it's recording or is this just part of the new plex update.
