Found her. After weeks of searching I finally have some clues. She started off as a 10 1/2" blank made by Mc Beth Evans/Anchor Hocking. A "waisted" or "beehive " ringed uranium glass pitcher with applied handle. She was then sold to Sharp Manufacturing Co in New York to be etched. 1920.
