Chance of matching Rads or Neuro with a Level 1 failure?

As the title says, just was wondering if anyone knows of anyone who matched Radiology or Neurology after failing Level 1. Would having a great Step 2/Level 2 score make up for it provided you have mentors in the field or good aways, etc? And I’m talking about small DO-friendly community hospitals.
