Mod Shop: is 100+ day wait reasonable?

The title says it all. I placed my order in April and haven’t received it yet. I’ve submitted two email inquiries and received the same response both times about the neck failing to meet standards, so they’re redoing it. I want to be patient, but at some point I want to just move on and buy something else.
