North Park Community Park dog people.. just a heads up ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ•

Had a first today. Iโ€™ve being going to NP community park for a couple of years now and have never experienced this, but today there were two ladies walking around the park letting everyone with an off-leash dog know that they needed to leash them because apparently authorities are coming around and may be issuing fines.

One woman with black hair was doing most of the talking and another woman in a blue shirt was kind of standing back. To be fair, she was actually nice about it! I have no idea if theyโ€™re affiliated with the city, neighbors, or just took on the role of unofficial park patrol for the day ๐Ÿ˜‚

No judgment either way, just thought it was a funny/random encounter and wanted to give the regulars a heads up that you might see them around. Meanwhile my dog, who would very much like to RUN! Anyone else who goes there regularly run into this lately?
