If the media or character you made literally makes people Bored,then I would argue that's worse then it being bad.

I personally feel like if the Media or character you made is not only Boring but also unengaging..then you have truly failed as a content creator cause at the bare minimum, Bad can be entertaining.

A character can be anything from good,bad,unlikable, likable, etc but they have to be engaging to your audience and what they're watching and looking at and that also goes for Media you watch or play or read..if it isn't even entertaining or fun in some capacity, then you made something worse then dogshit, you made something or someone that people won't and don't care for.

The opposite of Love isn't Hatred as people say..it's arguably indifference cause even if you hate someone,they're still on your mind and they're still important enough to at least be something or someone you remember, even if it's not for positive reasons.

But you have to try really hard and fuck up really severe for something to be BORING..Like making a media or character that is so boring and dry and empty and something that just blends in and doesn't stand out at all amongst the crowd is a real big sign you messed up as a creator.

It's also worse if the character you made that was boring..is the fucking Main character,the character that is arguably bound to get the most screentime amongst your cast so it's really important that they have a fun or at least unique personality.

I feel like Izuku from Mha and Charlie from Hazbin Hotel doesn't really work to be called Boring as people say cause their personalities are memorable and fun.

And no,I mainly mean characters like Bella from Twilight and Max from Life is Strange.

Their personalities are deadass sandpaper..no,not even Sandpaper but regular white paper and I can't tell if they just forgot to give them a personality or if they just didn't care enough to do so but nothing about them stands out in a crowd and I would argue that for a lot of life is strange characters..their personalities and presences aren't memorable enough to stand out and be remembered.

Life is Strange is a media that I feel like has just..took a nosedive cause the first game is at least memorable but the others are genuinely so boring and nothing important or fun really happens and that's even if you remember they came out cause the marketing for them has been some hot cheeks and that's saying a lot cause bad marketing is something that shouldn't happen.

It just feels like if you made a Media boring or unengaging or not even entertaining, then you need to go back to the drawing board.
