Do you have recs for hotels within 20 minute drive to Lincoln Park?

My daughter is moving to Lincoln Park from out of state so I'll be coming into town once in a while to visit and help out. Looking for clean, affordable hotels within 20 minute drive. Would love recommendations from locals to check out since it will become a regular thing for me Thanks!!!
