How to create a toon, the investigation into GardenView and its “Toons”

Ichor, the liquid, had originated from a mix between ink and blood from humanoid like creatures, such as chimpanzees. Due to this, a heart frame could be pumped with this “ichor” liquid, allowing the creation of the standard heart system.
Sweat is dispelled as the main waste, and food, such as candies, are dispelled by using these “abilities”. Due to the incompetence of Delilah, or maybe the genius act of Delilah, toons with active abilities ( abilities that have to be forcefully activated ) have to use it at least 3 times a day. This has been speculated that Delilah Keen had deliberately done this to prevent having to make things akin to genitals, which also lead to her not needing to include some organs, such as kidneys, etc, since a toon usually thrives off photosynthesis. But because the consumption of poison is a death sentence to a toon, we believe it is the incompetence, not the act of a genius.
“But outright, the creation of life, or even the imitation of life, is already a feat comparable to creating flying cars,” statement from Dylan Fawnslan.
The personalities of toons are artificially created through making them repeatably watch the Dandy’s World show, then they have their staff teach them education up to a 4th grade elementary student would know. Then they send them into the world. Skills such as baking and public speech are separately taught based off the toon and it’s show counterpart. Vee in particular has actually been taught to a 6th grade middle schooler’s level of education, to make her trivia more entertaining and well thought out. Goob, too, had a different education, having only the education of a 2nd grade elementary student. Then they send them into GardenView to entertain children, until it’s shutdown in June 29, 2002.
The reason why this was even researched in the first place was because the people that researched this article were incredibly nostalgic of the show, Dandy’s World. Some even go as far to tell us that they were incredibly inspired by the character, Rodger, from the show, leading them to their current job.
“Surprisingly, lots of people are very keen on the creation of this article,” statement made by Nathan Falcon.
