what do i do if the government is after me

hi my name is angelica (not real name) and i know people will think i’m crazy but i’m not and this is very real

it started when 8 years ago when i was 10 and i was thinking and i started thinking that i am a government experiment and that they had cameras watching me but then i thought “that’s crazy!” cause it does sound crazy and since then i kept feeling camera watching me even in my room but today i was making dinner for me and my family and i heard a high pitch ringing noise and it only lasted 30ish seconds and at first i thought it was a smoke alarm or one of my neighbors so i wasn’t that worried but it happened again so i went to ask my mom if she heard it but she didn’t so then i wondered why i’m the only one that heard it and then i started thinking it and i remembered my thoughts from years ago and i started connecting the dots in my head and i’ll try to explain my thought process too

okay so the reason i thought i was an experiment when i was 10 was cause bad things kept happening to me and i thought it was like the government seeing how far they can push me u kno and i won’t say what kind of experiment i am cause i don’t know if it’s allowed on the sub but now i think they r coming to get me because i turned 18 recently and i’m a grown up and they consider my a failed experiment because i am physically and mentally ill as in i struggle with heart issues and social anxiety but i don’t think that’s that bad compared to some other physical and mental issues but it doesn’t align with the experiment goals and they have no need for me and i think they started coming after me today because i think they know that soon i won’t be defenseless and i’ll be able to fight back against them if they come after me but now that i’m onto their plan they have lost their element of surprise so i don’t know where they will go from here and i want to be prepared

hopefully this post isn’t too long cause i cut out a lot of stuff but i might make another post on my page that’s more detailed but
