Shopper/driver owned gig app
I just wanted to jot this down so I don't forget. The best way to ensure good wages for us is to invest in our own company. Based on the tier system metric nonsense it seems every app has we just substitute that with shares of the companies profits.
- It's a driver/shopper app that pays the same as the others
- instead of incentives and shit that makes you want to bash your head in to get, you can simply buy shares of a company that will always remain private. With shares that can only be bought by people who work with the app. The more you work, the more shares you are allowed to buy instead of metrics and that sort of thing.
- The company pays shareholders every quarter. I'm sure this can work.
