Re4 remake mystery guy

I’m lk having a bit of a Mandela effect, or maybe I’m just actually going insane. In the section just before you see the regenerators, both times I’ve played through the game I’ve seen just a regular looking npc walk past just in the corner of your frame of view that is nowhere to be seen afterwards. I assumed this was an intentional part of the game that just creeps you out a little and builds the tension in the section, but I can’t find anyone else anywhere who has said they’ve seen this. If I remember correctly it happens just before you switch the power over the first time. It’s pretty dark in this section but it’s very clearly a human shaped person, not a regenerator like I first thought it might be, doing the little stumbly walk most of the npcs do.

If anyone has seen the same thing and has a video of it, that would make me feel a lot less insane. I’m pretty sure I did get a capture of it at some point so I will try to find it.
