Just had 4 nightmares INSIDE of a nightmare

And it wasn't a typical false awakening loop.

Basically, in the "main" dream, I started out awake, then suddenly started feeling REALLY sleepy and fell asleep. I had a terrible nightmare, woke up, but was still extremely tired, so I went to sleep again. I was aware that those were nightmares, but wasn't aware that I was dreaming in general. I remember 3 out of 4 of them.

The best way I could describe those nightmares is that it was a cognito hazard scp lol. Each of them had a specific theme that I COULD NOT aknowledge. If I did, something terrible happened. I only remember one of the themes tho.

Nightmare 1: I was an extremely cowardly man that did something I knew I shouldn't have a caused an accident that killed 60,000 people. (... Yeah lol)

Nightmare 2: there was a very very big tornado forming pretty much a couple of km away from my house and I couldn't think about something (don't remember what) too much or it would actually come down. The whole nightmare was me in a panic desperately searching for shelter and also looking for my dog bc I couldn't find her anywhere. The tornado never actually happened, the nightmare was just the anticipation. (Also iirc, at some point there was either 2 tornadoes or that bitch teleported to follow me after I got into a car lol).

Nightmare 3: this one was the one that made me realize that there was a theme and it's the only one that I remember. It was money. In this nightmare, the theme also materialized in the form of a very steriotypical blonde rich woman. This woman was following me and a group of people I didn't know around an alternative version of my university (I've dreamed of this alternative place multiple times before, so It was familiar). I couldn't think about or interact with her. The nightmare ended when I was going up a set of stairs, thinking I was safe, only to turn around and make eye contact with her. I remember a very haunting feeling of resignation.

I don't remember the 4th nightmare.

The rest of the dream, I was "awake". It was also lowk horny but that's normal when I'm on my period looll

Also, when I woke up between those nightmares, I slowly realized that there was something in real life using them to haunt me. So I desperately tried to stay awake, but couldn't keep my eyes open for long bc I was extremely exhausted.

Also also, whenever things started to go south, I would feel an EXTREMELY strong pain at my sides, like a giant hand was holding my torso and squeezing with all its might. I remember that pain very vividly. I also remember almost being able to actually make myself up because I was trashing and kicking my legs really bad (kicking my legs is kinda normal for me, I've done that since I was a kid).
