Dual Function X Mode worth the extra money?

Hello! I am planning on purchasing a Subaru Forester. I see the Wilderness has dual function X mode. I drive 100 miles round trip to work all on an interstate, and we do get pretty bad snow and ice storms. I am a nurse, so unfortunately when the weather gets bad I still have to go in. I am debating between a wilderness edition and a base or premium model. Looking at model years around 2022-2024. I appreciate any input !
