Accutane and healing piercings

I currently have three piercings that are still healing:

Tragus:7 months old
Daith:4 months old
Conch:3 weeks old

I might be starting Accutane soon. Taking Accutane wasn’t something I knew I would potentially be doing when I got these piercings, and if I had known beforehand, I definitely would have avoided getting pierced until after treatment.

My question is will starting Accutane affect the healing of my piercings?
