TF Source reliability

So I've been trying to expand my collection and mainly focused on getting older figures that I wasn't able to as I wasn't as deep into collecting as I am now and my main focus is finishing up the lineup of the G1 Season 1 Autobot cast. My current target is Mirage as I have two others on the way and the other two pretty much locked in, and still deciding on what Prowl to get.

Sorry for the long intro but here's my question: How reliable is TF Source as a distributor?

I've seen quite a few posts about how iffy their customer service is and just how long it can take to get orders in even tho it's gone way over estimated time. Normally I'd get something from BBTS but of course they don't have Siege Mirage and finding a single Kingdom is rather annoying. So as I was looking I found a TF Source listing for Siege Mirage and plan to get it but again I'm having that doubt considering how much flak I've seen this site get.

Any and all advice is welcome and appreciated
