Go or don’t go?

I matched with a guy about a year ago. We exchanged socials - messaged for a bit there. He has asked when I could meet up without much talking. I let him know my schedule and then he was out of town. Said we could connect when he got back - well he never followed up so I did. I just sent a message asking when a good time to meet was and never heard back.

He still would like my stories here and there but that was it. It was kind of just whatever to me. Maybe he met someone on his trip or hit it off on another date.

Well he messaged me yesterday saying hi! I responded hello and he goes “hope you have a good day! When can you meet up?”

Uhhh …. Do I go out with him or not? I mean I still think he’s cute but we didn’t talk for a year and he came back out of nowhere
