What to do with failing grocery store??

Hey yall. Title. Dont want to provide too much info and dox, but we're dealing with a family owned ethnic grocery store here and a downward trend in year after year revenue+foot traffic, especially with the rise of huge supermarkets in the area in recent years. What are ways we could revitalize the business, or even pivot into using the space (additionally, the land its on is sizeable and has built in warehouse/dock) to trend towards profitability again?
