Banned for asking a question in forsaken server discord ?

Hello ! Today we are going to talk about my ban !
Today i got banned for being "transphobic"
Wich is not true.
The story begin, someone misgender two time
(I don't know if it was accidental)
People start to call him a transphobic, and then i proceed to ask a if misgendering a virtual character is bannable.
When i did, people started to be mad at me, they called me "transphobic" or "fat chud" with some gif
All i did was responding to someone with this line
"I don't think being transphobic with a virtual character is bannable..."
And when i did, banned...
Reason ? Asked if misgendering a virtual character is bannable !
I deserve this ?
