Do we have any lore on how Terra dealt with it's food during the 33 days of the Astronomicon blackout after the 13th crusade?

I know Terra does not produce it's food, neither does Mars.

So what happened during those 33 days? Did the ships just risked it to delivery their goods? Riots? Mass death due to starvation? Or maybe Terra had stockpiles of Cup Noodles just for this situation?
