Series X taking forever to sign me in, game installs stop at 20%

Recently my series x is acting up. Takes forever to sign in, games that are 40gigs take forever and will go up to 30% max and stop. I pause and resume and nothing. My Mbps always are high then drop to 0. I run a 4k ultra wired connection and still nothing. Strong wifi. I Forced reset it, everything. Any help please
