Sent an Argument in which muslims seem to refuse to answer, which is Muhammad vs pagans whether was it legit or some lie they made to create defensive jihad

really cant wrap my mind around how muslims refuse to actually explain the whole thing about Muhammad vs pagans in arabia whether it was a real thing and if so which sources that are NOT islamic rather it is some sort of evidence that the pagans in arabia were "burying" their daughters or whatever bs the islamic sources say the pagans did

How can people trust that the so called defensive wars that Muhammad engaged in? especially the ones with pagans

Growing up as a muslim, I was always told that the Pagans in Arabia were oppressors and how they were bad people who were doing horrible things to muslims in arabia and how Muhammads wars were justified in being that he engaged in wars which were defensive wars and never much of any offensive wars but the question i raise is the following.

How can people trust that Muhammad wasn't someone who wanted to start problems in arabia or that he created 2 meanings of jihad to be exact so he can justify his actions of mass executions and enslaving pagan woman? if we go to Christianity, It evolved from Jerusalem/Southern Europe either one but it spread from those places into Northern Europe which pagans were inhabitants in but didnt expand as in through peace they massacred and did extreme things to pagans who refused to convert to Christianity so the point raises that if Islam took exactly what Christianity did but decided to use a lie by saying "defensive jihad" and blaming innocent pagans so they could spread islam all over the arabian peninsula before expanding further out into other lands

bringing up the Quran, hadiths or whatever islamic sources as evidence isn't something something i am gonna believe on since they can be lying just like Muhammad lied about the pagans. Was there any historical or any evidence not islamic related saying that the pagans in arabia were who they really were?

and ofc seems like the muslims respond with "cuz no one would have time to write it" like weren't there Christian and Jewish tribes in Arabia including other people? How come the christian and jew tribes in arabia never mentioned that happening at all despite them being before Muhammad n Islam but somehow they saw it in the 7th century
