BidBus experience (would not recommend)

Just tried using bidbus to sell my 2019 subaru wrx. After a month of listing my car in the marketplace and getting multiple dealer offers in the 19k range I was ecstatic to see that I got a 20.7 winning bid. I asked that only dealers in a 30 mile radius of San Jose be allowed to bid and the winning bid was from Hayward Kia. Took time out my day and left work early since no later appointments than 3pm. My car is at 38k miles and wanted to knock off 4k of the agreed price for all 4 shocks, broken center console and one headlight bulb. The dealers are under no obligation to hold onto their end of the price they submitted. Communication was quick with bidbus before the drop off appointment. After sharing my experience with them they have not responded.
