What should I be aiming for in terms of a good deal?

I am not asking a “which one?” question. I’m sharing my experience with the 2 dealerships and wondering how to proceed with each one.

I looked and test drove a 26 accord touring and 26 Camry XLE. I haven’t negotiated much (if at all) on the accord but with the Camry I negotiated off the delivery/destination fee.

What else can I do? To be honest, the Camry would be a brand new bought off the website, built, and shipped.

But of course “MSRP” was still high.

As for the accord, I didn’t negotiate much. Just walked after hearing my trade is $1500 less than KBB value.

I do plan on using the comfort of the vehicle as leverage as the accord was not as comfortable to me.

But is there a way to use either deals as leverage for the other? I know they are different cars I just don’t know where to go next really.
