Earlier this month my landlord sent me an unsigned contract renewing my lease month to month.
My lease is ending at the end of next month. My land lord was going to renew my lease month to month. But decided not to after an incident where she violated my privacy and entered my room to turn off a fan. This was one week ago. Can I do anything? I live in an owner occupied home in Garden Grove, California. She is giving me 30 day notice at the end of the month. Stating that I may be happier in a different living situation. I have only lived at this home for 6 months.
