guys i need help if I take about 85mg mgm15 on average rn how do i transition to sr to quit for good?

i have 1g of sr and like 100mg of mgm15 or less rn probably and im really getting scared that I won’t know how to taper with this stuff and will redose and get dependent on sr then run out of this then be completely fucked, i’m just really worried im not gonna know how to do this properly
