Balance OS is a scam

Hey! I bought the balance OS because they said it was a non-bypassable system-level lock. But when I turned off the Accessibility and "Appear on top" permissions, the whole system fell apart. So I emailed them a bunch of times for a refund since their promises weren't kept. Now I'm just waiting to hear back from them.
