EY GDS Job Offer - Audit Senior

Hi everyone!

25F CPA, 2 YOE from a local Big 4 (recently promoted). I got an EY GDS Audit Senior 2 offer, initially ₱45k gross, negotiated, and final offer came back at ₱48k gross including de minimis & allowances.

I’ve heard SA2 offers should be around ₱55-60k, so I’m wondering if ₱48k is considered lowball for my experience. They also mentioned I’ll be under the US market, does that usually mean night shift, or can it still be day shift?

I’m really torn because I know the experience/exposure would be valuable, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the move at this salary.
