How to address docs

I work in the ED as a new grad and there are some docs that go by nicknames by the other nurses i work with. Since im the newgrad who doesnt have a formed relationship with them do i just call them “Dr —“ or their nickname. I feel like since im new i have put in the work/ earn their respect to call them that. I dont know😭
