First post here. Couple years back, a long time friend came to me venting about his problems. He looked pretty beaten up. Finally I got to the bottom of the issue with him: He found out he has malformation on his testicles and couldn't have kids.

He came to me to ask me if I could help them, since I already have five intelligent and very healthy kids (all boys), no DST history or diseases (or even allergies) in the family, European descent (his preference) and a couple of other perks he considered as valuable.

Of course I agreed on stepping up for a friend, hooking up with his wife a couple of times and making it happened. They ended up conceiving a beautiful babygirl and I cannot put in words how it transformed this family's life. They are truly happy and I couldn't be happier for them.

She already mentioned about a possible sibling in the near future.
