Recruiting agency vs Company Portal

I’m facing an issue and wanted to understand how others are dealing with it.

I’ve been approached by multiple recruiting agencies regarding job openings, but since I’ve already applied or registered with several companies directly, the agencies are saying they can’t proceed with my application because "my profile already exists" in their system.

How are you guys coping with this!
