Black screen crashes when using browser or discord

Hey guys,

From the start of the week I have been having some gnarly problems with my PC. I have noticed after starting that my browser started glitching. Words looked like they are bleeding colors, random color glitches and PC randomly "crashing" meaning that a black screen comes up, crashes games (if any was running at the time) then after 2-3 seconds all back to normal, this happened fairly frequently like every 5 minutes or so.

Now I have read it online that if I turn off hardware acceleration it fixes the issue, which it did, so now my browser works fine, but I have noticed that discord also makes my PC crash the same way.

I have played Beast of reincarnation this week, and surprisingly whenever I actually play a game I experience absolutely no issues. The games run flawlessly without any stutter, lags, crashes or glitches.

I have also noticed when I started Counter strike 2 that when I started it in windowed fullscreen it was crashing every 30 seconds, but once i set it to full screen, it was back to normal, no crashes, just smooth performance.

I have an Nvidia GeForce 4060 TI. My PC is less than a year old, so everything in it except the HDD which is quite old, is pretty new.

What could be the issue?
