Searching for a flatmate and all gender accepted

I'm a 4th-year student at Delhi University, and I'm looking for either a flatmate or a flat for myself.

My budget for a 1BHK or 1RK is a maximum of ₹9,000. I'm looking for a flat near Rajouri Garden or Ramesh Nagar, but I'm open to other nearby areas as well.

I'm open to sharing a flat with either a male or a female flatmate, provided everyone is comfortable with the arrangement. We can discuss everything beforehand, and boundaries and personal space will be respected.
