Best IPTV service and settings for AMD hardware acceleration?

Hey everyone,

I’m setting up an IPTV player on my PC/streaming device and want to optimize hardware acceleration using an AMD GPU.

I want to avoid buffering, stuttering, or driver timeouts during live sports and high-bitrate streams.

My Questions:

What IPTV services or players work best with AMD hardware decoding (H.264/HEVC)?

Do you use Hardware Acceleration ON or OFF in players like VLC, Kodi, or Windows IPTV apps?

Are there specific settings in AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition (like Anti-Lag or Video Profiles) that improve playback or cause issues?
