I run a growing web design and development business, and I am currently looking to build a reliable, long-term relationship with a talented web developer.

To be transparent right out of the gate: while I am actively building my client pipeline, this role will start on a flexible, project-by-project basis as new client projects come in. If we work well together, this can easily scale into a steady, ongoing partnership where you get consistent work: meaning you focus entirely on building while I handle all the client acquisition, sales, and project management.

My previous developer recently had to step away due to personal schedule changes, so I’m looking for someone who can step in, match high-quality standards, and become my go-to technical partner. I have strict quality controls—every site we put out needs to look professional, load fast, and function flawlessly because my reputation is on the line.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building clean, modern, and responsive websites based on client briefs and designs (primarily using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify, depending on the project).
• Ensuring sites are fully mobile-optimized, SEO-friendly, and bug-free before delivery.
• Collaborating closely with me on revisions and technical problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in web development with a portfolio of live sites you've built.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness (reliability is a top priority for me).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with clean coding practices and modern design standards.
