What free communities or groups would you recommend for making friends and dating?

I’m 31m, Latino. Super outdoorsy and athletic. Neurodivergent, crafty, love anime, gaming, photography. I’ve tried a couple groups but would like to try more and see what can come of them.

I would prefer ones that are on Instagram and keep their followers updated. it's the only sm I have.
