this is for the lost ppl who believe that subliminals and manifestation are some kind of mysticism.

i believe in magic. the way i see magic is through the beauty of life, the little mundane moments like:
♥ how the sun glitters through the leaves of a tree during summer
♥ in the laughter of a child
♥ the taste of a homecooked meal
♥ and the magnificence of kissing the one i believe is the love of my life

**this is my understanding of what is going on with the subconscious and us listening to subliminals. here we go:**

the subconcious is the story of who you are. this story is being reflected back to you in your experience of reality. this story is nothing more than a **habit**. and like all habits, you can replace them with new ones.

for those who have read the bible, i always found it fascinating the way demons and possession were portrayed, because they literally behave in the exact same way as a destructive habit. a destructive habit (like an addiction to alcohol) can fuck with your entire life. the thing is that habits have triggers, and these triggers are what makes them overtake us without a second thought.

there is also the problem of quitting cold turkey. that literally looks like a scene of a catholic priest praying to a higher power while your head spins in circles over your shoulders as you curse their entire existence. and so the way you deal with this is by **replacing the habit**.

if you have ever trained an older dog, you know how stubborn they can be. that is how old habits can be too.

your current identity is a habit, and you want to change it. but all the info everywhere is filled with metaphors and it basically seems like some kind of mysticism that makes no sense. in truth, understanding habits like how to create them, replace them, and sustain them is what helps you understand how manifestation actually works.

the change you want is a **new story = new habit**, and you have to now train yourself in this new habit. but your current identity is an old dog. how do you do this?

here is where consistency, patience, kindness, and also self care come in. they are your allies in this evolution. your supplements if you will.

the idea is that once you know what you want you have to choose a method, this method will train your subconcious into this new habit/story. this is why so many of us say that the method does not matter, it only needs to work for you.

the subconscious is like a video camera, and the story of your identity and who you are is the movie being played. you are the director, and your experience of reality is the screen. before it hits the screen, the director has to have already created the movie. and after the movie is made, then they have to place the movie into the video camera. that's the "lag" you might experience. which it really does not exist. it's just that like that old dog learning new tricks, you might be so impatient that it feels like it's taking forever.

now we are trying to tell a new story onto the screen of our lives, but we are old dogs (current identinty) learning new tricks (the new story) and we chose that the method (placing the movie onto the video camera) is subliminals. how do we do this?

the reason of why a subliminal can work on a first try, its because the subconscious will play whatever movie you place in it. if the subliminal you listen to fits perfectly into it, it will play without issues. however, this belief is a habit. meaning you can train yourself so that all subliminals work on the first try regardless of who made them and how they were made.

*"so why do subliminals do not work? is the submaker the problem?"* nope. neither the submaker nor the subliminal has anything to do with your results not showing up or not. so "*what's the problem then?"* you ask.

the "problem" its no problem at all. its actually just that your habit of being an old dog has not changed yet and so you have not fully learned the new trick.

*"what do i do in that case?"* you may ask. the answer is in those allies i mentioned earlier: **consistency, patience, kindness, self-care.** they are your superheroes.

it does not matter how many times anyone says you should listen to a subliminal or for how long. that decision is actually supposed to be made by **YOU,** the operant power of your reality. you have to make a decision that all subliminals work, and that they work on the first try, while also making the decision that your new trick (your manifestation) is already done.

if what you want is for your sp to be great at sucking your little toes, then you have to change the habit of being the one waiting, complaing, and being super impatient because they refuse to suck on them, and start to embody the habit of being someone whos sp sucks them toes like they are the best candy in the entire world! and because that is hard for a lot of us to do on command, we use subliminals. the subliminals are conditioning our subconcious to get used to this new habit of having our toes sucked.

**once you know what you want and have your method, the important steps are to:**

1. make the decision of being right now your new version of self = training your subconscious into this new habit every time you remember you are not who you want to be yet.
2. listen to subliminals with consistency.

*"how do you do that? what is the formula? can someone stop gatekeeping?"* you may ask.

again, it's **YOU** who has to make that decision. it's your reality. you decide how the law works for you. stop placing your power on others and then complaining because it's not working. start taking accountability for yourself, make a decision on how the law works for you, and stick to it until the end of time.

**here is my magic formula for listening to sublimals:** once i have created my playlist, i decide that i would listen for X days for X amount of time, and to not think too much about it, i set alarms per playlist. the playlist alarm is my trigger.

do you remember earlier when i was talking about how habits have triggers? the subliminals are telling my new story = meaning my new habit = meaning my new identity. and the alarms trigger me to play that story. eventually, once the new habit is set, i will not only keep my results, but i will also not have to keep listening to the subliminals unless i really want to.

*"how do you know this?"* you ask. let me ask you: do you still have to force yourself to brush your teeth every day? no, because that is a habit that has stayed since you learned it. in the same way, you do not have to force yourself to believe all the limiting lies you have been telling yourself about who you are that are stopping you from manifesting your dreams. **those lies are also a habit. a bad habit, but a habit nonetheless.**

this journey of manifestation is one of self mastery. and no, crying like a helpless baby will not do.

i hope this helps. i send y'all l♥ve, healing and so much peace.
