Undervolting Phoenix 2?

How do you undervolt a processor like the 8500G? Can the two types of cores both be subject to per-core offset tweaking? Is there still one power plane for all 6 cores? Does undervolt on the igpu affect how much undervolt can be applied to the CPU cores?
