Someone was Mature???!??
Me and a group of fully grown men (boomers) wanted to try out DnD to stay hip with the kids (6 7 6 7). We had a guy who said he would lead the group because we all supposed someone had to. We took turns later on, but this guy did it first, let’s call him a random letter - L.
L was leading the group for 10 moons and after one summers eve, tried his hand at the other side of the board but something was amiss, he didn’t quite jam with the rest of the group (and I’m not just talking strawberry).
After a handful of seatings at the table, as we only play when the occasion calls you see, L realized he was not the strawberry flavor the rest of the group was. He was more raspberry.
Upon this realization, he slid into my DM’s and said this ain’t it boss. I respectfully responded you do you boo, and he promptly forwarded his formal letter of table resignation to the rest of the group, of which people come and go of course.
With all these drama queens, haberdashery, and outright tomfoolery, I thought you’d appreciate hearing someone who just decided to leave and we all said “cool, cya”.
L, if you’re reading this, take the L but come back if you wanna I guess. Deuces ✌️
