Any marketplace for buying concrete tools in US with financing options?

Setting up a small flatwork crew and the upfront cost of getting proper concrete finishing equipment is brutal .

Power trowels, a decent walk-behind screed, plate compactor... we're looking at a lot before we've even touched blades or a mixer. buying used is a gamble when you're depending on it for jobs. Anybody know of an online marketplace or specialty retailer for professional concrete tools that offers financing, ideally up to something like $50k or $100k worth of equipment?
